What should I bring to class?
Grip socks are essential for your Lagree workout to ensure safety and stability and helps to guarantee that the workout is done effectively. You can bring your own, rent a pair from us, or purchase them at our studio.
Also, please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class! If needed, you can refill it using our filtered water filling station.
When should I arrive?
If it’s your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early and let us know it’s your first time. For returning members, we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. Please note, the doors are locked once class starts!
If you are going to be late, please call us so that we can accommodate you!
