What is Lagree?
Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact, full body workout that will strengthen, tighten, and tone your muscles quickly and safely. Lagree will make you shake, sweat, and sore!
What should I bring to class?
Grip socks are essential for your Lagree workout to ensure safety and stability and helps to guarantee that the workout is done effectively. You can bring your own, rent a pair from us, or purchase them at our studio.
Also, please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class! If needed, you can refill it using our filtered water filling station.
When should I arrive?
If it’s your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early and let us know it’s your first time. For returning members, we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. Please note, the doors are locked once class starts!
If you are going to be late, please call us so that we can accommodate you!
Do you offer intro classes?
Yes! We offer an intro class called Meet the Megaformer, which is designed to help new members get comfortable on the Mega Pro and learn the basics of the workout.
If the intro class doesn’t fit your schedule, you’re still welcome to join any of our other classes! Please arrive a little early so your instructor can walk you through the machine and give you an overview before class starts.
All of our classes are all-level, and instructors are great at providing variations and cueing for every fitness level.
How often should I come to Lagree East to see results?
For optimal results, we recommend attending 3-5 classes per week. Consistency is key to making progress and achieving the best possible outcome from your Lagree workout.
Are classes a full-body workout?
We currently offer full body classes and lower body / core focused classes.
Our Meet the Megaformer (intro class) and our Megaformer classes are both full body.
Our Mega Legs & Core is lower body and core focused.
Are there classes for different levels of difficulty?
All of our classes are all-level! We currently offer Meet the Megaformer (Intro), Megaformer, and Mega Legs & Core. While we recommend starting with Meet the Megaformer if it fits your schedule, you’re welcome in any class. Our instructors are trained to teach to all levels in the same class by offering variations and providing excellent cueing so everyone feels supported and challenged.
How does scheduling work?
The easiest way to book your classes is through our app, Lagree East. You can schedule your sessions up to 7 days in advance directly from the app.
Is there a waitlist?
Yes, we have a waitlist! If a spot becomes available, you’ll be automatically added to the class and notified. Be sure to check your email to see if you’ve been moved from the waitlist into the class.
Is there a cancellation policy or no show policy?
Yes! You can cancel up to 8 hours before class with no penalty. Late cancels and no-shows are treated the same:
-
Membership holders: $20 + tax fee
-
Credit pass holders: loss of one credit
For safety and to avoid disruptions, our doors lock immediately at class start time.
